Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, acquire, and expand the client base across targeted B2B sectors, industry focus on Financial Services, Strategic Consulting, Private Equity, Ratings and Research.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.

Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with service line leaders and internal teams to ensure business development efforts are aligned with company goals.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networking forums to enhance visibility and create new business opportunities.

Skills Required:

Expertise in B2B sales.

Strong industry network and ability to leverage connections for business development.

MBA in Marketing or Finance (preferably).

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.

Experience in preparing compelling business proposals and presentations.

Proficiency in CRM tools and business development technologies.

Ability to work onsite as an individual contributor.
