Ankit is a seasoned Consulting professional with close to two decades of experience across multiple institutions and global consulting firms. His primary experience stems from having worked across the governance and risk environment across automobile ancillary, IT-ITES, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail & E-comm. and Banking & Financial institutions among plethora of other industries.

Ankit has single handly – built a team of 300+ professionals working across 10 different geographies within and outside India on engagements such as process driven outsourcing, Risk Consulting, Data Automation, Asset Management, and other related consulting and advisory services.

Ankit has had his formal and professional education and development from some of the top institutions of the country including IIMA and IIMK. This education and professional growth has directly rendered his capability to develop and lead strategic initiatives for the organizations including development of new service lines and adding novel concepts to the profession.

Sagar is an MBA in Finance; Strategy from IIM Kozhikode, he brings in over 14 years of cross-sectoral experience spanning corporate banking and consulting. His professional journey has been built on driving client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management for a diverse portfolio of large and mid-sized corporates—both in India and internationally.

At TRC Corporate Consulting, he is currently leading the business for the Southern region, of the country with a focus on growth, quality delivery, and strategic service expansion. He is also involved in developing new initiatives that strengthen and diversify the firm’s consulting portfolio, particularly under the emerging People Advisory and India Entry Strategy service lines.

Outside of work, Sagar is an avid traveller, passionate about music, and a keen wildlife photographer—pursuits that help him stay curious, creative, and connected to the world beyond business. Let’s grow together—professionally and personally, with purpose and perspective.

Viral Jhonsa is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. His strong academic foundation
complements his strategic acumen and analytical capabilities. Prior to joining TRC, Viral held pivotal roles at globally renowned consulting firms, including Deloitte and Protiviti, where he gained rich exposure through both domestic and international assignments.

At TRC, Viral plays a key leadership role in the GRC and Digital Services Vertical, overseeing a spectrum of services such as Internal and Concurrent Audits, IFC and Continuous Controls Monitoring Reviews, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), SOP Designing, Cybersecurity Services, Fraud Risk Reviews, Data Automation and Digital Transformation.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Viral enjoys Playing Cricket and Travelling.

Kshitij Goel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, USA) and a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University. He is also a Registered Valuer for securities and financial assets. With over a decade of experience, Kshitij specializes in financial due diligence and valuation services.

At TRC, he advises clients on complex valuation matters, regulatory requirements, and investment decisions involving equity, debt, and M&A. His sector expertise spans healthcare, information technology, infrastructure, power and gas, manufacturing, and services. He has worked with multinational companies, private equity funds, and corporates across diverse transaction scenarios.

Beyond work, Kshitij is passionate about finance education, policy analysis, and mentoring aspiring professionals in valuation and transaction advisory.

Pankaj has a strong foundation in Project Management, equipping him with the skills to strategically plan and execute large scale audit/automation initiatives. He began his career specializing in fixed asset and inventory management, quickly developing expertise in large-scale fixed asset and Inventory automation and management.

He is highly skilled in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and stringent quality control. This expertise has enabled him to successfully manage a huge portfolio of 50+ projects concurrently across diverse industries such as IT, Automobile, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Beverage, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Hospitality.

Currently serving as Vice President at TRC, where he leads the asset management vertical, overseeing a large team of over 100 professionals and managing fixed asset management projects across the globe. He is an automation enthusiast, constantly exploring new technologies for better fixed assets and inventory management.

Sanjeeb Dey holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from ‘Canterbury Christ Church University Kent England’, a Graduate in Business Management and Tech, and has completed an Executive Program in Blockchain Technology Management from IMT, Ghaziabad. Sanjeeb has worked with Big 6 consulting firms, delivering audits, governance & complianceservices to both multinational and Indian organizations. He is a seasoned governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) professional with over 18 years of extensive experience across Internal Audits, Risk Advisory, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance Risk & Compliance.

Currently serving as Director – GRC at TRC, Sanjeeb is based in Hyderabad, leading multi- sectoral GRC engagements for clients. His expertise spans Internal Audits, Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCoFR), SOX 404 compliance, policy formulation, and ESG advisory. To add to the above, he is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors – Hyderabad Chapter and has been a part of various conferences.

Sanjeeb is also a speaker at IIA seminars, contributing insights on Internal Audit leadership and GRC practices.

Pratibha holds a dual specialization in Marketing and Operations, with a strong academic foundation in B.Tech and MBA. Building on her education, she began her career in marketing and sales, gaining valuable exposure to client management, account handling, and business development during her early roles in the media and logistics sectors.

At TRC, Pratibha serves as AVP – Markets, leading client relationships and business
development initiatives across key verticals. She works closely with the clients on executive search and outsourcing, delivering strategic and customized solutions. She focuses on long-term value creation and stakeholder engagement.

Outside of work, Pratibha enjoys playing pool, swimming, and café surfing, often exploring new places for inspiration and relaxation.

Anushka brings over 7 years of dynamic experience in talent acquisition, having led high impact hiring across sectors like BPO, BFSI, Consulting, and Manufacturing. With a Master’s in Human resource Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a decade-long journey in talent acquisition, Anushka brings both heart and hustle to hiring. From scaling teams for Fortune 500s to leading high-impact recruitment drives, she’s been the force behind 200+ hires annually across diverse industries.

At TRC, she heads external talent acquisition, managing a Productive team and delivering for Clients across various domains and sectors. Anushka thrives on building inclusive hiring strategies, driving performance with empathy, and decoding talent trends before they hit the mainstream.

Sahil Arora is a seasoned business growth specialist with over a decade of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and client relationship management. With a strong foundation in Consulting and Financial Advisory—covering Internal Audit, Risk & Governance, and Taxation—he has delivered strategic value across sectors like FMCG, IT, and enterprise consulting.

He began his journey with entrepreneurial roles, quickly establishing a reputation for scaling operations and driving process efficiencies. Transitioning into consulting sales, Sahil has worked closely with CXOs and finance leaders across India, managing high-revenue clients and leading multi-crore mandates. As Manager – Markets at TRC Corporate Consulting, he plays a key role in positioning the firm across major business hubs including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

He specializes in building trusted relationships with CFOs and department heads while leading end-to-end solutioning to drive client engagement and brand visibility.

MBA from Jain University and B.Com from Gulbarga University, with a strong foundation in finance, marketing, and business operations. With over 10 years of experience supporting organizations across SaaS, recruitment, and financial services through strategic business development and stakeholder engagement.

He supports financial leaders across industries in navigating complex business challenges by aligning organizational priorities with TRC’s expertise across governance, risk, compliance, finance, and workforce strategy. He engages key stakeholders through tailored, solution-focused discussions that uncover opportunities and enable informed decision- making. He serves as a consistent point of contact ensuring every engagement is timely, purposeful, and results-driven, while fostering strategic clarity, measurable outcomes, and long-term partnerships built on trust and delivery excellence.

Mohit Kumar is a Graduate from Delhi University in Commerce background and done Microsoft Certified System Engineering from NIIT. Mohit has more than two decades experience in managing and acquiring clients in the Banking, Financial Institutions and Insurance sector. He focuses on enterprise, ,mid-market, multinational, and dynamic growing companies dealing with C-suite across expertise and sectors.

He has been involved in developing strategy, deploying Go-to-market principles, hiring teams, and making them successful. He has also worked closely in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer, Technology, Ecommerce and SaaS based organizations.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, travelling and listening to music, a Coffee Lover with a unique collection of Coffee Mugs.
